Drug delivery systems have been used in cancer treatment to increase drug effectiveness. The hydroxyapatite (HAP) based materials this area can provide transport the target site without its deterioration. In study, porous hollow microspheres (PHHMs) were produced by using hydrothermal method. Tamoxifen (TAM) of breast has covalently attached microspheres. obtained microsphere structures (tamoxifen-loaded hydroxyapatite, TAM/H) successfully characterized ATR-FTIR, FE-SEM, XRD, and DLS methods. cell line MCF-7 was examine effect hybrid structure. cytotoxic genotoxic effects TAM/H compared with TAM groups on MCF-7. Our results showed that, decrease viability at 24 36 hours still continued 48 only groups. addition, found show a affect increment genetic damage index (GDI) damaged percentage (DCP%). As result, use suitable for that covalent binding particle interaction structure thus controlled release occurred.
